Our flagship project in the Spanish town of Estepona is characterized by its excellent adjustment to the existing infrastructure, perfectly fitting in the environment and interacting with the surrounding nature.
The project is located at Costa del Sol, which has been an attractive destination on the tourist map of Europe for many years.
With this investment we made sure that, in addition to the commercial functions, it also met the expectations of local communities, which is why we co-financed the construction of a seaside pedestrian zone and a bridge.
