Seaside walkway
Spatial development of the seaside and supporting communication between the buildings neighboring with our investment at Estepona were the purposes of creating the walkway connecting other sections of the seaside promenade. Completion of that investment increased touristic appeal of the region and improved the local infrastructure. Considering the aesthetic reasons, the main structural element of the walkway is natural wood which perfectly blends into the surrounding natural environment.
Urbanization of the coast area
Our goal is to increase communication accessibility of the areas neighboring with our investments and development of the local infrastructure. Therefore, we are engaged in an urbanization project with the main assumption being setting and construction of roads at Estepona. Our activities focus on increasing safety so our investment includes auxiliary infrastructure elements, such as lighting. Besides, we are planning adding car parks in order to allow the customers to reach the facilities by car.
Bridge platform
Together with the Kempinski hotel, we are preparing an investment comprising a bridge platform with length of 40 m, which will also be accessible for our customers. The main assumption of the project is to create berths. Besides, some elements of small architecture will be added in order to enable resting and sunbathing. The platform will also constitute a unique tourist attraction in the region, offering a view of Estepona and the Costa del Sol area from a new perspective.
